அன்னையின் பாதையில் : சத்தியஜீவியத்தில் ஜோசியமும், விதியும் உங்கள் வாழ்வை நிர்ணயம் செய்வது இல்லை

 அன்னையின் பாதையில் : சத்தியஜீவியத்தில் ஜோசியமும், விதியும் உங்கள் வாழ்வை நிர்ணயம் செய்வது இல்லை

நமது சிந்தனைக்கு :

நம் எதிர்காலம் எப்படி இருக்கும் என்று அறிய விரும்பாதவர்களே இல்லை என்று சொல்லலாம். அதைப் பற்றி அறிய முற்படுவது சிலருக்கு பொழுதுபோக்கு, சிலருக்கு மிக முக்கியமான செயல். மக்களின் இந்த எதிர்பார்ப்பை பலரும் பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டு பணம் சம்பாதிக்கும் தொழிலாக மாறிவிட்டனர் என்றே கூறலாம். ஆனால் ஜோசியம் என்பது முறையாகக் கணக்கிடப்பட்ட ஒரு கணிதத்தின் அடிப்படையிலான Occult Science என்பதும் நாம் அறிந்த ஒன்று.

மிக நன்றாக கணிக்கக் கூடிய ஜோசியர் ஒருவர் நம் எதிர்காலத்தில் நடக்கும் நல்ல விஷயங்களைப் பற்றிக் கூறினால், அதனை மகிழ்வுடன் ஏற்கிறோம். அதுவே ஏதேனும் எதிர்மறையான நிகழ்வுகளாக இருந்தால், நம் மனமும்  கவலையுறுகிறது. இதனை நம்பலாமா, வேண்டாமா என்று பலவகையான மனக் குழப்பங்கள். நமது செயல்களும் பாதிப்படைகிறது இல்லையா? யாரேனும் நல்ல வார்த்தைகள் கூற மாட்டார்களா என்று பல ஜோசியர்களைப் பார்ப்பதும் சிலரின் பழக்கம். இவ்வாறு வாழ்வில் கவலைகள் வந்தால் மக்கள் ஜோசியத்தையும், பரிகாரத்தையும் தேடுவதையும் நாம் பார்க்கிறோம். இராசிபலன்களை அப்படியே நம்பி, அன்று தாம் செய்ய வேண்டிய செயலிகளைக் கூட தள்ளி வைப்போரும் உண்டு.

 ஜோதிடம் என்பது அன்னை அன்பர்களுக்குப் பலிப்பதில்லை என்பது பல அன்பர்களின் அனுபவம். அன்னையின் சத்திய ஜீவியம் காலத்தைக் கடந்தது என்பதால், நமது பிறந்த நாள், நட்சத்திரத்தின் அடிப்படையிலான பலன்கள் எதுவும் நம் வாழ்வில்  பலிப்பதில்லை. இனி அன்னை கூறும் கருத்துக்களைக் காண்போம்.


முதலில், Do not fear for your life—the astrologers do not always say the truth  என்கிறார் ஸ்ரீ அன்னை.

The stars have no decisive influence. It is only if one does not believe in the Divine that one unnecessarily suffers by believing that they determine one’s life.

ஜோதிடத்தை நம்புவர்களுக்கு அது நம்பிக்கையால் பலிகிறது. இறைவனை மட்டும் நம்புவர்களின்  வாழ்க்கையில் அவர்களது பிறந்த  நட்ஷத்திரம் மற்றும் பலன்களின் எந்த விதமான பாதிப்புகளும் இல்லை என்கிறார்.

I have known many astrologers both in Europe and India. So far, nobody has been able to read the future correctly. There are three reasons for the failure.

மேலும், ஏன்  சில சமயங்களில் ஜோதிடங்கள் பலிப்பதில்லை என்பதற்கும் அவரே காரணங்களைக் கூறுகிறார். சரியாக பலன்களைக் கணக்கிடும் திறமை ஒருவருக்கு இல்லாமல் இருக்கலாம், ஜாதகம் தவறாக கணக்கிடப்பட்டு இருக்கலாம், மேலும் நட்ஷத்திரங்களின் மூலமாக குறிப்பிடும் பலன்கள், நமது வாழ்வைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தும் சக்தி படைத்தவை அல்ல என்பதும் ஒரு காரணம் என்று கூறுகிறார் அன்னை. ஆன்மா என்பது இறைவனின் பகுதி என்பதால், நட்ஷத்திரங்களுக்கு ஒரு ஆன்மாவின் எதிர்காலத்தை நிர்ணயிக்கும் திறன் இல்லை என்கிறார் அன்னை. மேலும், அன்னை அரவிந்தரின் பூரண யோகத்தினை மேற்கொள்பவர்கள், ஜோதிடபலன்களில் நம்பிக்கை கொள்ளக் கூடாது என்றும் கூறுகிறார்.

 First, the astrologers do not know how to read the future properly. Secondly, the horoscope
is always incorrectly made—unless a man is a mathematical genius. And even for such a person it is very difficult to make a correct horoscope. Thirdly, when people say that the stars
in this or that house at the time of birth rule your life, they are quite wrong. The stars under which you are born are only “tape-recorders” of physical conditions. They do not rule the future of the soul. There is something beyond, which rules the stars themselves and everything else. The soul belongs to this Supreme Being. And if it is doing Yoga, then all the more it should never believe in the power of the stars or in any other power.

An astrologer who predicts a catastrophe for you is like a joker. Many jokers say things like, “Today you will break your neck!” But in spite of the joke nothing happens. Only a great Yogi can tell you your future correctly. But even then there is the Supreme Will which alone controls and
decides everything.

மிகப்பெரிய யோகிகள் மட்டுமே, நமது எதிர்காலத்தினை அறியும் திறனுடையவர்கள். ஆனாலும் கூட, இறைவனின் எண்ணமே எதனையும் நிர்ணயிக்கவும், கட்டுப்படுத்தவும் கூடியது என்று அன்னை.

கர்மயோகி அவர்களின் சில கட்டுரைகளில் இருந்து சில பகுதிகள்...........

...........நல்ல நேரம் பற்றிய உண்மைக்கும் ஒரு வரையறையுண்டு. இது நம் நாட்டிற்கு மட்டும் உண்மை. நாம் அனைவரும் நம்புவதால் இதிலுள்ள வித்தான உண்மை, வளர்ந்து பலம் பெற்றுள்ளது. நம் நாட்டிலேயே வட நாட்டில் இதே நம்பிக்கையிருந்தாலும் இந்த நேரங்கள் இடத்திற்கு இடம் மாறும். நம் இராகு காலம், பீகார் வழக்கப்படி (சில சமயங்களில்) நல்ல நேரமாக இருக்கின்றது.
வெளி நாட்டாருக்கு இந்த நம்பிக்கையில்லை. அவர்கள் நம் நாட்டில் வந்து செயல்படும் பொழுது நம்மைப் பாதிக்கும் கெட்ட நேரம் அவர்களைப் பாதிப்பதில்லை. நமக்குதவும் நல்ல முகூர்த்தம் அவர்களுக்குத் துணை செய்வதில்லை. இரு உண்மைகளை நாம் மறுக்க முடியாது. 1) நேரங்களுக்கு குண விசேஷம் உண்டு 2) இது நம்புபவர்களை மட்டுமே பாதிக்கும்.

மேலும் அவர், நாம் அன்னை பக்தரான பின், இந்த விஷயங்களை எப்படிப் பார்க்க வேண்டும் என்பதற்கும் வழிகளைக் கூறுகிறார்.

.................அன்னை பக்தர்களுடைய நிலை என்ன? இந்த நல்ல வேளைகளை நாடுவதா? கெட்ட வேளைகளை விலக்குவதா என்ற கேள்விக்குரிய பதிலாக இக்கட்டுரையை எழுதுகிறேன். அன்னையை நினைத்தவுடன் அந்த நேரம் நல்ல நேரமாக மாறி விடுவதால் அன்னை பக்தர்களுக்கு நல்ல வேளை, கெட்ட வேளை என்பதில்லை. அவர்களுக்கும் மனத்தில் நம்பிக்கை இருந்தால், நம்பிக்கை பலிக்கும். இது கெட்ட நேரம், என்ன செய்யுமோ என்ற பயமிருந்தால் பயத்திற்குண்டான பலன் கிடைக்கும்.

--------------அன்னை காலத்தைக் கடந்தவர். அன்னையை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டவரை காலம் கட்டுப்படுத்தாது. காலத்தின் பழைய நிலைகள் அவரைக் கட்டுப்படுத்த முடியாது. இராகுகாலம், எமகண்டம், நல்ல வேளை, கெட்ட நேரம் என்பவற்றுக்கு பக்தர்களிடம் வேலையில்லை. தமிழ்க் காலண்டருக்கு ஆபீஸில் வேலையில்லை. அதைப்பார்த்து அதன்படி நடப்பேன் என்று பிடிவாதம் செய்தால் செய்யும் வேலையில் கோளாறு வரும்.

......................அன்னையை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டபின் மனிதன் வாழ்வுக்கும், வாழ்வைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தும் காலத்திற்கும் அடிமையில்லை. அதனால் காலத்தின் குணவிசேஷம் அவனை பாதிப்பதில்லை. அத்துடன் உலகத்தின் குணவிசேஷங்கள் அன்னையிடம் தலைகீழாகவும் செயல்படுவதுண்டு.

அன்னையின் வாழ்வில் திருவுருமாற்றம் என்பது மாறாதது. அன்னையின் சட்டப்படி செயல்பட விரும்புவோரும், யோகப்பதையில் செல்ல நினைப்பவர்களும், இத்தகைய மாற்றங்களை வாழ்வில் ஏற்பது மிகவும் முக்கியமானது. இல்லைஎனில் அவர்களும் சாதாரண வாழ்வின் சட்டங்களுக்கு உட்பட்டவர்களே.

மனிதன் இறைவனை நேசிக்க முடியும் என்பது அதிசயமான ஒன்று, ஆனால் அவன் மற்ற மனிதர்களிடம் அன்பு செலுத்துவதில்லை. வேறு எவரிடம் அவன் அன்பாயிருக்க முடியும்? Philanthropy ன் மூலம் இறைவனை அடைய முடியுமா?

(Philanthropy என்ற சொல்லுக்கு மனிதளவின நேயம், மனிதர்கள் பால் அன்பு, கொடையாண்மை , சமுதாயத்தொண்டு என பல 
அர்த்தங்கள் உள்ளன. ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தரின் இந்த சிந்தனைக்கு அன்னையின் விளக்கத்தைக்  காண்போம். )

Mother says  : It depends on what you mean by philanthropy. Normally, we call philanthropists those who do charitable works.

Here Sri Aurobindo does not use the word philanthropy,
for, as it is usually understood, philanthropy is a social and conventional attitude, a kind of magnified egoism which is not love but a condescending pity which assumes a patronising air.

 In this aphorism Sri Aurobindo refers to those who follow
the ascetic path in solitary search of a solitary God, by trying to cut themselves off completely from the world and men.

 இங்கு, ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர்  philanthropy என்ற சொல்லுக்கு நாம் வழக்கமாகக் கொள்ளும் அர்த்தத்தைக் குறிப்பிடவில்லை என்கிறார் அன்னை. உலகில் இருந்தும் மற்ற மனிதர்களில் இருந்தும் தம்மை விலக்கிக் கொண்டு இறைவனைத் தேடிச் செல்லும் ஆன்மீக வழியை இங்கு குறிப்பிடுகிறார், பகவான்.

But for Sri Aurobindo men form part of the Divine; and if
you truly love the Divine, how can you not love men, since they are an aspect of Himself?

ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தரைப் பொறுத்தவரை, மனிதன் இறைவனின் ஒரு பகுதியாவான். மேலும் நீங்கள் இறைவனின் மீது அன்பு செலுத்துகிறீர்கள் எனில், இறைவனின் ஓர் அம்சமாகிய  மனிதர்களிடம் அன்பு செலுத்தாமல் இருக்க முடியுமா என்ற கேள்வியும் எழுப்புகிறார் ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் .

அனைவருக்கும் வணக்கம். இன்றைய கதைப் பகுதியில் நாம் பார்க்க இருக்கும் கருத்து தியானத்தின் சிறப்பினைப் பற்றியது. இன்றும், அன்னையே கூறும் ஒரு அழகான கதையோடு இங்கு வந்திருக்கிறோம். தியானம் என்பது என்பது  அனைவருக்கும் தெரிந்த ஒன்று. தியானம் செய்பவர்கள் எல்லோரும் உண்மையான தியானத்தின் நோக்கத்தினை ஏற்கிறார்களா என்பது நாம் சிந்திக்க வேண்டிய ஒன்று. தியானம் செய்கிறேன் என்று உட்கார்ந்து கொண்டு, பல்வேறு சிந்தனைகளை மனதில் கொண்டு அவற்றினை பற்றியே சிந்திப்பவர், தியானத்தின் பலனை அடைய முடியுமா? எண்ணங்களே எதுவுமே இல்லாத நிலையை அடைவது தியானத்தின் முறைகளில் ஒன்று. தமது தியானம் கலைந்தால் கோபம் கொள்பவர்களையும் நாம் பார்க்கிறோம். அவர்களைப் பற்றி அன்னை கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு குறிப்பிடுகிறார்.

I have known in my life people whose capacity for meditation was remarkable but who, when not in meditation, were quite ordinary men, even at times ill-natured people, who would become furious if their meditation was disturbed. For they had
learnt to master only their mind, not the rest of their being.

-ஸ்ரீ அன்னை 

 இத்தகைய மனிதர்கள், மனதினை மட்டுமே கட்டுபடுத்தத் தெரிந்தவர்கள், ஆனால் இவர்கள் தனது மற்ற குணநலன்களை மாற்றிக்கொள்வதில்லை என்கிறார்.

இனி கதைக்குச் செல்வோம். இது ஒரு புத்த மதத்தினைச் சேர்ந்த பெண்மணி, தனது திபெத்திய பயணத்தின் போது நிகழ்ந்த ஒரு சம்பவத்தை அன்னையிடம் கூறினார். அதுவே இக்கதை.

....She (The Buddist woman) was with a certain number of fellow  travellers forming a sort of caravan, and as the approach to Tibet was relatively easier through Indo-China, they were going from that side. Indo-China is covered with large forests, and these forests are infested with tigers, some of which become man-eaters... and when that
happens they are called: “Mr. Tiger.”

 Late one evening, when they were in the thick of the forest
—a forest they had to cross in order to be able to camp safely —Madame Z realised that it was her meditation hour. Now, she used to meditate at fixed times, very regularly, without ever missing one and as it was time for her meditation she told her companions, “Continue the journey, I shall sit here and do my meditation, and when I have finished I shall join you; meanwhile, go on to the next stage and prepare the camp.” One of the coolies told her, “Oh! no, Madam, this is impossible, quite impossible”—he spoke in his own language, naturally, but I must tell you Madame Z knew Tibetan like a Tibetan—“it is quite impossible, Mr. Tiger is in the forest and now is just the time for him to come and look for his dinner.We can’t leave you and you can’t stop here!” She answered that it did not bother her at all, that the meditation was much more important than safety, that they could all withdraw and that she would stay there alone.

Very reluctantly they started off, for it was impossible to
reason with her—when she had decided to do something nothing could prevent her from doing it. They went away and she sat down comfortably at the foot of a tree and entered into meditation. After a while she felt a rather unpleasant presence.

 She opened her eyes to see what it was... and three or four steps away, right in front of her was Mr. Tiger!—with eyes full of greed. So, like a good Buddhist, she said, “Well, if this is the way by which I shall attain Nirvana, very good. I have only to prepare to leave my body in a suitable way, in the proper spirit.” And without moving, without even the least quiver, she closed her eyes again and entered once more into meditation; a somewhat deeper, more intense meditation, detaching herself completely from the illusion of the world, ready to pass into Nirvana.... Five minutes went by, ten minutes, half an hour— nothing happened. Then as it was time for the meditation to be over, she opened her eyes... and there was no tiger! Undoubtedly, seeing such a motionless body it must have thought it was not fit for eating! For tigers, like all wild animals, except the hyena, do not attack and eat a dead body. Impressed probably by this immobility—I dare not say by the intensity of the meditation! —it had withdrawn and she found herself quite alone and out of danger. She calmly went her way and on reaching camp said, “Here I am.”

இப்போது கதைச் சுருக்கத்தினை காண்போம். அந்த புத்த மதத்தினைச் சேர்ந்த பெண்மணி, தினமும் குறிப்பட்ட நேரங்களில், தவறாமல் தியானம் செய்யும் பழக்கத்தினை உடையவர். அவர் அந்த அடர்ந்த காட்டின் வழியாக பயணம் செய்யும் பொழுது, அவர் தியானம் செய்யும் நேரம் வருகிறது. "நீங்கள் பயணத்தினை தொடருங்கள். நான் தியானத்தினை செய்து விட்டு வருகிறேன்" என்று தன்னுடன் வந்த மற்றவர்களிடம் கூறுகிறார்.

அவர்களில்  ஒருவர் அந்த காட்டில் புலியின் அபாயம் இருபதாகக் கூறி எச்சரிக்கிறார். தனது கொள்கையில் பிடிவாதமாக இருக்கும் அவர், மற்றவர்களை அனுப்பி விட்டு, ஒரு மரத்தின் அடியில் அமர்ந்து தியானம் செய்ய ஆரம்பிக்கிறார். சிறிது நேரத்தில், அவருக்கு தனது சூழல் அபாயத்தில் உள்ளதாக உணர்கிறார். கண்களைத் திறந்து பார்த்தால், அங்கு ஒரு புலி அவரை, உண்ணும் நோக்கத்துடன் பார்த்துக் கொண்டு இருக்கிறது. அப்படியும் அவர் தியானத்தில் இருந்து எழுந்து பயத்தில் ஓடவில்லை. 

"ஓ! இதுதான் நான் முக்தியை (Nirvana) அடைய உதவும் வழி  போலும். நான் இதனை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள எனது இந்த உடலினை விட்டுச் செல்ல, தியானத்தின் மூலம் என்னை தயார் செய்து கொள்கிறேன்" என்று எண்ணினார். உலகத்தின் மாயையில் இருந்து தன்னை முற்றிலுமாக விடுவித்துக் கொண்டு, ஆழ்ந்த தியானத்தில் மீண்டும் அமர்ந்தார். நேரம் கடந்தது. அரைமணி நேரத்திற்கு மேல் ஆனது. தியானத்தின் முடிவில் கண்களைத் திறந்த போது, அங்கே புலி இல்லை. அவர் அசையாமல் உட்கார்ந்திருக்கும் நிலையினைக் கண்ட புலி, அவர் உண்பதர்க்கு ஏற்ற உணவு இல்லை என்று முடிவு செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.  ஏனெனில் அவைகள் உயிருடம் உள்ளவர்களை மட்டுமே உண்ணும். அவரது தியானத்தின் ஆழமே அவரை ஆபத்தில் இருந்து காத்து உள்ளது. இவ்வாறு அவர்  இருந்து தப்பினார் என்று கூறி கதையை முடிக்கிறார் அன்னை.

இந்தக் கதையில்,

•  புலியின் மீது கொண்ட பயத்தில், அவர் உயிருக்கு பயந்து ஓடியிருந்தால், அது ஒருவேளை அவரை கொன்றிக்கலாம். அவர், இந்தச் சூழ்நிலையையும், இறைவன் தனக்கு முக்தி தரும் வழி என்று எண்ணி, அதற்கு தயாராக, தியானத்தில் அமர்ந்ததால் அவர் ஆபத்தில் இருந்து இறைவனால் காப்பற்றப்பட்டார் என்று நாம் அறிய முடிகிறது.

• அவர் தியானத்தின் மூலம் இறைவனோடு கொண்ட தொடர்பு அவரை ஆபத்தில் இருந்து காபாற்றியுள்ளது.

 உயிருக்கு ஆபத்தாக வரும் புலிபோல, வாழ்வில் நமக்கு ஆபத்துக்கள் வரும்போது, நாம் இறைவனிடம் கொள்ளும் தொடர்பு, அவற்றை நம்மிடம்
இருந்து விலக்கும்.

Question:  மனிதனை விட நாய்கள் விசுவாசம் மிக்கது இல்லையா  என்ற கேள்விக்கு ஸ்ரீ அன்னையின் பதில். Certainly! Because it is their nature to be faithful, and they have no mental complications. What prevents men from being faithful are their mental complications. Most men are not faithful because they fear being duped. You don’t know what it is to be duped? They fear being deceived, being exploited. கண்டிப்பாக. விசுவாசம், அவற்றின் இயற்கையான குணம், மேலும் மனரீதியான சிக்கல்களும், நாய்களுக்கு இல்லை. மனிதனின் மனக் குழப்பங்களும், சிக்கல்களும் அவனை இப்பண்பை அடைவதில் இருந்து தடுக்கின்றன. நாம் ஏமாற்றப்பட்டு விடுவோமோ, தம்மை காரியம் சாதிப்பதற்காக மட்டும் பயன்படுத்துகிறார்களோ  என்ற பயம் அவர்களுக்கு உள்ளதால் அவர்கள் விசுவாசமாக இருப்பது இல்லை. They fear... Behind their faithfulness there is still a very big egoism which is more or less hidden, and there is always that bargaining, more or less conscious, of give-and-take: one gives oneself to someone but whether one tells oneself this or not, one expects something in exchange. You are faithful, but also want others to be faithful to you, that is, look after you, to be quite sweet to you, and, especially not to try to profit by your faithfulness. None of these complications are there in the dog, for its mind is very rudimentary (involving or limited to basic principles.) It does not have this marvellous capacity of reasoning that men have, a capacity which has made them commit so many stupidities. மனிதர்கள் காட்டும் விசுவாசத்தில் மிகப் பெரிய ஈகோவும் (ego) மறைந்து உள்ளது. பேரம் பேசுதல் மற்றும் தான் கொடுப்பதற்கு பிரதிபலனாக , மற்றவர்களிடம் இருந்து எதிர்பார்க்கும் பண்பும் அவர்களிடம் உள்ளது. நாம் நன்றியுடன், விசுவாசத்துடன் இருந்தால் மற்றவர்களும் நம்மிடம் அப்படியே நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். மற்றவர்கள் நம்மை கவனித்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும், நம்மிடம் அன்புடன் இருக்க வேண்டும்,  ஆனால் நமது விசுவாசத்தை அவர்களின் லாபத்திற்கு பயன் படுத்திக் கொள்ளக்கூடாது என்றெல்லாம் நாம் பலவிதமாக நமது விசுவாசத்தைக் காட்டுவதில் நிபந்தனைகளைக் கொண்டு இருக்கிறோம். இவற்றில் எந்த விதமான எதிர்பார்ப்புகளும் நாய்களுக்கு இல்லை, ஏனென்னில் அவற்றின் மனம் மிக அடிப்படையான கொள்கைகளைக் கொண்டது. If we take this faithfulness, if we take devotion, take love, the meaning of  service, all these things, when they are above the egoistic level, they meet, in the sense that they give themselves and do not expect anything in exchange. And if you climb one step higher, instead of its being done with the idea of duty and abnegation, it is done with an intense joy which carries within itself its own reward, which needs nothing in exchange, for it carries its joy in itself. REF : -Questions and Answers 1954 - The Mother,  ஆனால், இந்த அளவு விசுவாசத்தையும், பக்தியையும், சேவையின் உண்மையான அர்த்தத்தையும் நாம் அனைத்திலும் காண்பித்தால், எதையும் பிரதிபலனாக எதிர்பார்க்காமல் நம்முடைய சேவையை மற்றவர்க்கு  தர முடியும்.                         --------

• அழைப்பு அன்னை காதில் விழத் தவறுவதில்லை. ஓடும் ரயிலிருந்து விழுந்த தண்ணீர்ப் பாட்டிலுக்கானாலும், காருக்கடியில் கிடந்த உயிரைக் காப்பாற்ற வேண்டுமானாலும் அழைப்பு அன்னை காதில் விழும். அவர் சூழலை எட்டிவிட்டால் சூழலே பதில் சொல்லும். லால்பகதூர் சாஸ்திரி உயிர் பிரியும் தருணத்தில் எழுப்பிய அன்னைக்குக் கேட்டது. தரிசன வரிசையில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த 9 வயதுப் பெண் மனதால் அன்னையை அழைத்தபொழுது வெகுதூரத்திலிருந்த அன்னை திரும்பிப் பார்த்தார்.
•  
• பக்தியுடன், அன்னையை அழைத்தாலும், அவர் படம் வாங்க நினைத்தாலும், ஒரு புத்தகம் படிக்க விரும்பினாலும், சேவை செய்ய முன் வந்தாலும், ஆசிரமம் வர விரும்பினாலும், சமூகமோ, வீடோ, சூழ்நிலையோ, வக்ரமான மனிதர்களோ, தீயசக்திகளோ, அதைத் தடை செய்ய முடியாது.
•  
• பயம் அன்னையை அணுகவிடாது. ஆனால் அதே பயம் அளவைக் கடந்து சென்றால், அன்னை செயல்படுவார். அந்தச் சட்டம் மற்ற எல்லாக் குணங்களுக்கும் உண்டு. எதுவும் அளவு மீறிப்போனால் அதன் குணம் மாறிவிடும். பயம் அளவுகடந்து போனால், அது மாறித் தைரியம் வந்து அவன் எதிர்ப்பதும் உண்டு. தைரியம் பயத்திற்குத் தெய்வத்தின் உருவம். பக்தர்கட்கு அன்னையே அங்கு வெளிப்படுவார்.  

• அன்னையிடம் ஒரு பொருள் போனால், உலகமே அப்பொருளை நாடும். நாம் அன்னைக்கு ஒரு மலர் சமர்ப்பித்தால், ஏதும் அறியாத பலரும் அம்மலரை நாடுவார்கள். மல்லிகை மலரை தினமும் சமாதிக்கு ஒருவர் சமர்ப்பித்தார். மல்கையை அதிகமாகப் பயிரிட ஆரம்பித்தனர். அன்னையின் எஸ்டேட்டுக்கு 15 வருஷமாக வாராத கரண்ட் கனக்ஷனை ஒரு இன்ஜினீயர் பெற்றுக் கொடுத்தார். அதன்பின் புதியதாய் 500 கனக்ஷன் அவர் அவ்வாண்டு கொடுக்க வேண்டியதாயிற்று. தமிழ்நாட்டில் எந்த ஒரு கிராமமும் மின்சாரமில்லாமலிருக்கக் கூடாது எனச் சட்டம் வந்துவிட்டது. இவையெல்லம் தாமே நடந்தவை.

If you want to learn, you can learn at every moment. As
for me I have learnt even by listening to little children’s chatter.

Every moment something may happen; someone may say
a word to you, even an idiot may say a word that opens you
to something enabling you to make some progress. And then,
if you knew, how life becomes interesting!

நீங்கள் கற்க விரும்பினால், வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு ஷணமும் இதனை செய்ய முடியும். ஒரு சிறு குழந்தையின் பேச்சில் இருந்து கூடநான் கற்றுக் கொள்கிறேன். ஒவ்வொரு ஷணமும் எதோ ஒன்று நிகழ்ந்து கொண்டுதான் இருக்கிறது. ஒரு முட்டாளின் சொற்கள் கூட, உங்களின் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு வழி செய்யலாம். இதனை நீங்கள் அறிந்தால், வாழ்க்கை சுவாரஸ்யம் மிகுந்ததாகிவிடும்.

  Not only can you learn, but I remember to have
once had—I was just walking in the street—to have had a kind of illumination, because there was a woman walking in front of me and truly she knew how to walk. How lovely it was! Her movement was magnificent! I saw that and suddenly I saw the whole origin of Greek culture, how all these forms descend towards the world to express Beauty—simply because here was
a woman who knew how to walk! You understand, this is how all things become interesting.

அன்னை இங்கு தனது அனுபவத்தினை விவரிக்கிறார். ஒருநாள், சாலையில் நடந்து கொண்டு இருந்தேன். என் முன்னால் சென்ற பெண்ணைக் கண்ட போது, அவள் எவ்வளவு அழகாக நடக்கிறாள் என்று எண்ணினேன். அவளது நடை அழகாகவும் நேர்த்தியாகவும் இருந்தது...... இப்படித்தான் அழகின் பல தோற்றங்கள் பூமியில் உள்ளன. .. நம்மை சுற்றி நடக்கும் நிகழ்வுகளை இப்படிப் பார்ப்பதன் மூலம் நமது எல்லாமே சுவாரஸ்யமாகிறது என்கிறார் அன்னை.

 And so, instead of going to the class and doing stupid things there, so, instead of that,
if you could go to the class in order to make progress, every day a new little progress—even if it be the understanding why your professor bores you—it would be wonderful, for all of a sudden he will no longer be boring to you, all of a sudden
you will discover that he is very interesting! It is like that. If you look at life in this way, life becomes something wonderful. That is the only way of making it interesting, because life upon
earth is made to be a field for progress and if we progress to the maximum we draw the maximum benefit from our life upon earth. And then one feels happy.

can, one is happy."

 தங்களுக்கு சலிப்பு தரும் பேராசிரியரின் வகுப்பு கூட, நீங்கள், சலிப்பிற்கான காரணத்தை அறிய முற்படும் போது, மிகவும் சுவாரஸ்யம் ஆகிவிடலாம். அவர் கற்பிப்பதில் நீங்கள் முன்பை விட ஆர்வம் காட்டலாம். சாதாரண நிகழ்வுகளில் உள்ள அழகை நீங்கள் தேடும் போது, வாழ்க்கை உங்களுக்கு மிகவும் சுவாரசியமான அனுபவங்களைத் தரும். அப்போதுதான் நமது வாழ்வின் மூலம் நாம் பெரும் அதிகபட்சமான பலனை நாம் பெற முடியும். நாம் எதையும் சிறப்பாகச் செய்வது, நமக்கு  மகிழ்ச்சியைத் தரும்.
