.........Each verse of Savitri is like a revealed Mantra which surpasses all that man possessed by the way of knowledge, and I repeat this, the words are expressed and arranged in such a way that the sonority of the rhythm leads you to the origin of sound, which is OM.

 ...................everything is there: mysticism, occultism, philosophy, the
history of evolution, the history of man, of the gods, of creation, of Nature. How the universe was created, why, for what purpose, what destiny - all is there. You can find all the answers to all your questions there. Everything is explained, even the future of man and of the evolution, all that nobody yet knows. He has described it all in beautiful and clear words so that spiritual adventurers who wish to solve the mysteries of the world may understand it more easily.........

Sri Aurobindo about Savitri:

The tale of Satyavan and Savitri is recited in the Mahabharata as a story of conjugal love conquering death. But this legend is, as shown by many features of the human tale, one of the many symbolic myths of the Vedic cycle. Satyavan is the soul carrying the divine truth of being within itself but descended into the grip of death and ignorance; Savitri is the Divine Word, daughter of the Sun, goddess of the supreme Truth who comes down and is born to save; Aswapati, the Lord of the Horse, her human father, is the Lord of Tapasya, the concentrated energy of spiritual endeavour that helps us to rise from the mortal to the immortal planes; Dyumatsena, Lord of the Shining Hosts, father of Satyavan, is the Divine Mind here fallen blind, losing its celestial kingdom of vision, and through that loss its kingdom of glory. Still this is not a mere allegory, the characters are not personified qualities, but incarnations or emanations of living and conscious Forces with whom we can enter into concrete touch and they take human bodies in order to help man and show him the way from his mortal state to a divine consciousness and immortal life.

Message of the Day: இப்பிறவியில் ஸ்ரீ அன்னை, அரவிந்தரின் அறிமுகம் ஏன் கிடைத்தது? What has brought me to the Mother’s feet?

ஸ்ரீஅரவிந்தர், இந்தப் பிறவியில் நமக்கு அன்னையின் அறிமுகமும் பக்தியும் கிடைத்ததற்கான காரணங்களை தனது நூலில் குறிப்பிடுகிறார். உங்களது ஆன்மாவின் விருப்பமும், அழைப்புமே அதற்கு காரணம் என்கிறார் பகவான். அன்பரின் கேள்விகளுக்கு அவர் கூறும் விளக்கத்தினை இங்கு காணுங்கள். (நாங்கள் செய்த எந்த புண்ணியம், இப்போது  இறைவனிடம் எங்களைக் கொண்டு சேர்த்தது?) அன்பரின் கேள்வி : By what punya of ours has the Grace granted to us, mere humans, this rare privilege of coming here at the Divine’s Feet?    ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் கூறும் விளக்கம்:It is the call of your soul that brought you here and also some aspiration or connection with the Mother and myself in past lives.  (முற்பிறவியில் நாங்கள் கொண்ட எந்த வகையான பக்தி, இந்தப் பிறவியில் அன்னையின் காலடிகளில் எங்களைக் கொண்டு சேர்த்தது?) அன்பரின் கேள்வி :What sort of bhakti in my past lives has brought me to the Mother’s feet? ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் கூறும் விளக்கம்:The aspiration for union with the Divine and perhaps also forthe descent of the Divine on the earth. (இறைவனை அடைய வேண்டும், இறை ஒளி பூமிக்கு வர வேண்டும் என்ற உங்களின் விருப்பமே என்று பதிலளிக்கிறார் பகவான்.) அடுத்ததாக, இறைவனை தரிசிக்க மக்கள் பிரயத்தனம் செய்கிறார்கள். அழுது புலம்புகிறார்கள். ஆனால், பெரு முயற்சிகள் இல்லாமல், நாங்கள் எவ்விதம் உங்களிடம் வந்தோம்? எது அழைத்து வந்தது என்று கேட்கிறார் ஒரு அன்பர். அன்பரின் கேள்வி : People make all sorts of effort to have God’s darshan; some even weep and weep, yet they fail to obtain it.We don’t seem to have done very much, and yet we are here with you. The Mother is always with you. Put your faith in her, remain quiet within and do with that quietude what has to be done. You will become more and more aware of her constant Presence, will feel her action behind yours and the burden of your work will no longer be heavy on you.

• அழைப்பு அன்னை காதில் விழத் தவறுவதில்லை. ஓடும் ரயிலிருந்து விழுந்த தண்ணீர்ப் பாட்டிலுக்கானாலும், காருக்கடியில் கிடந்த உயிரைக் காப்பாற்ற வேண்டுமானாலும் அழைப்பு அன்னை காதில் விழும். அவர் சூழலை எட்டிவிட்டால் சூழலே பதில் சொல்லும். லால்பகதூர் சாஸ்திரி உயிர் பிரியும் தருணத்தில் எழுப்பிய அன்னைக்குக் கேட்டது. தரிசன வரிசையில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த 9 வயதுப் பெண் மனதால் அன்னையை அழைத்தபொழுது வெகுதூரத்திலிருந்த அன்னை திரும்பிப் பார்த்தார்.
•  
• பக்தியுடன், அன்னையை அழைத்தாலும், அவர் படம் வாங்க நினைத்தாலும், ஒரு புத்தகம் படிக்க விரும்பினாலும், சேவை செய்ய முன் வந்தாலும், ஆசிரமம் வர விரும்பினாலும், சமூகமோ, வீடோ, சூழ்நிலையோ, வக்ரமான மனிதர்களோ, தீயசக்திகளோ, அதைத் தடை செய்ய முடியாது.
•  
• பயம் அன்னையை அணுகவிடாது. ஆனால் அதே பயம் அளவைக் கடந்து சென்றால், அன்னை செயல்படுவார். அந்தச் சட்டம் மற்ற எல்லாக் குணங்களுக்கும் உண்டு. எதுவும் அளவு மீறிப்போனால் அதன் குணம் மாறிவிடும். பயம் அளவுகடந்து போனால், அது மாறித் தைரியம் வந்து அவன் எதிர்ப்பதும் உண்டு. தைரியம் பயத்திற்குத் தெய்வத்தின் உருவம். பக்தர்கட்கு அன்னையே அங்கு வெளிப்படுவார்.  

• அன்னையிடம் ஒரு பொருள் போனால், உலகமே அப்பொருளை நாடும். நாம் அன்னைக்கு ஒரு மலர் சமர்ப்பித்தால், ஏதும் அறியாத பலரும் அம்மலரை நாடுவார்கள். மல்லிகை மலரை தினமும் சமாதிக்கு ஒருவர் சமர்ப்பித்தார். மல்கையை அதிகமாகப் பயிரிட ஆரம்பித்தனர். அன்னையின் எஸ்டேட்டுக்கு 15 வருஷமாக வாராத கரண்ட் கனக்ஷனை ஒரு இன்ஜினீயர் பெற்றுக் கொடுத்தார். அதன்பின் புதியதாய் 500 கனக்ஷன் அவர் அவ்வாண்டு கொடுக்க வேண்டியதாயிற்று. தமிழ்நாட்டில் எந்த ஒரு கிராமமும் மின்சாரமில்லாமலிருக்கக் கூடாது எனச் சட்டம் வந்துவிட்டது. இவையெல்லம் தாமே நடந்தவை.

The conversion of our thought and feeling without a corresponding conversion of the spirit and body of our works would be a maimed achievement.        - ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் வேலைகளின்  யோகம் என்பது நமது எண்ணங்களிலும், செயல்களிலும் - அறிவாலும், உணர்வாலும் இறைவனோடு ஒன்றி இருப்பது மட்டும் அன்று. அது பூரண யோகத்தின் தவிர்க்கமுடியாத முக்கியமான ஒரு பகுதியாகும்.   நமக்கு எந்த வேலை அளிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தாலும், அதனை எப்படி இறைவனின் கட்டளையாக ஏற்று செயல்பட வேண்டும் என்பதற்கு அன்னையின் விளக்கத்தைக் காணலாம். Mother says :You must be able, if you are ready to follow the divine order, to take up whatever work you are given, even a stupendous work, and leave it the next day with the same quietness with which you took it up and not feel that the responsibility is yours. There should be no attachment—to any object or any mode of life. You must be absolutely free. If you want to have the true yogic attitude, you must be able to accept everything that comes from the Divine and let it go easily and without regret. The attitude of the ascetic who says, “I want nothing” and the attitude of the man of the world who says, “I want this thing” are the same. (Ref: Words of the Mother -1) To work, to act with devotion and an inner consecration is also a spiritual discipline. - ஸ்ரீ அன்னை  (Ref: Questions and Answers - 1929) (நமது வேலை எதுவானாலும், அதனை முழுமையான ஈடுபாட்டோடும், ஆத்ம சமர்பணத்தொடும் செய்வது ஒரு பக்தி நெறியாகும் ) Question :When one works and wants to do one’s best, one needs much time. But generally we don’t have much time, we are in a hurry. How to do one’s best when one is in a hurry? Mother's Answer: And this is the best answer to all those who say, “Oh, if one wants to do things well, one must have time.” This is not true. For all that you do—study, play, work—there is only one solution: to increase one’s power of concentration (ஒருமுகப்படுத்தும் சக்தி). And when you acquire this concentration, it is no longer tiring. Naturally, in the beginning, it creates a tension, but when you have grown used to it, the tension diminishes, and a moment comes when what fatigues you is to be not thus concentrated, to disperse yourself, allow yourself to be swallowed by all kinds of things, and not to concentrate on what you do. One can succeed in doing things even better and more quickly by the power ofconcentration. And in this way you can make use of work as a means of growth; otherwise you have this vague idea that work must be done “disinterestedly”, but there is a great danger there, for one is very quick to confuse disinterestedness with indifference. வேலை தெரியாதவன் திணறுவதை நாம் பார்க்கிறோம். வேலை தெரிந்தவன் ஆர்வமாக, அழகாக வேலை செய்வது பார்க்க இனிக்கும். வேலையை நூறு, ஆயிரம் பாகமாகப் பிரித்து ஒவ்வொன்றையும் செய்யக் கற்றுக்கொள்வது உறுதியான ஞானம் பெறுவதாகும். இது ஞானம் பலனாக மாறும் பாதை. நாம் ஒரு வேலையை ஏன் செய்கிறோம் என்று தெரியாமல் இத்தனை நாள் செய்கிறோம். அது கடமையால் வந்தத் திறமை. அறிவு உடல் வந்து வேலை செய்வது என்றால் என்ஜினீயருக்குத் தெரியாதது helperக்குத் தெரியும். வேலையின் நுணுக்கத்தை அறிவுபூர்வமாகத் தெரிவது அறிவு உடல் செயல்படுவதாகும். இவர்கட்கு 3, 4 மடங்கு தெம்பும், உற்சாகமுமிருக்கும். பொதுவாக கீழிருந்து எளிதில் மேலே போய்விடுவார்கள். மனம் உடலைவிட அதிகப் தெம்புள்ளது. மனம் உடல் வந்து விழிப்புற்றால் தெம்பு ஏராளமாக எழும். மேல்நிலை கீழே வந்து வேலை செய்யும்பொழுது பலன் அதிகம். ஒரு நாட்டின் சிறப்பு நாட்டில் அடிமட்டத்திலுள்ளவர் திறமையைக் காட்டும்.பணம் அதுபோல் உற்பத்தியானது.                    - திரு கர்மயோகி அவர்கள்

சத்திய சிந்தனை

அன்னையிருக்கிறார் என்றறிவது ஞானம். அன்னையிருப்பதை நினைக்காமலே உணர்வது தைரியம். இடைவிடாது அவரை அழைப்பது பாதுகாப்பு. எனக்கு அழைக்கவே தோன்றவில்லை எனற நிதானம் அன்னையின் ஜீவியம் நம்முள் இருபதாகும்.

ஸ்ரீ அன்னை மற்றும் ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தருக்கு மலர்களின் சமர்பணமும், புத்தாண்டு செய்திகளும்

வணக்கம் .

அனைவருக்கும் எங்களது இனிய புத்தாண்டு வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

இந்த இனிய புத்தாண்டில் அனைவரும் ஸ்ரீ அன்னையின் உண்மையின், சத்தியத்தின் வழியைப் பின்பற்றி நம் ஆன்மீக வாழ்வில் முன்னேறுவோம். அன்னையின் வழி நடப்போம். ஸ்ரீ அன்னை மற்றும் அரவிந்தரின் பேரருளைப் பெறுவோம்.

நமது வாழ்வின் குறிக்கோள் என்ன?

நாம் எதற்காக பிறந்துள்ளோம்? நமது வாழ்வின் குறிக்கோள் என்ன?

நமது சிந்தனைக்கு:

பிறப்பு, இறப்பு, மனித வாழ்வு பற்றி பல மதங்களும், அவற்றிக்கான காரணங்களையும், மனித வாழ்வு எப்படி இருக்க வேண்டும் என சில வழிகளையும் காட்டுகின்றன. நமது கர்ம வினைகள் நம்மை சூழ்ந்துள்ளதால் வாழ்வின் இன்ப துன்பங்களில் நாமும் பங்கு கொள்கிறோம். மேலும் கர்மங்களைச் செய்கிறோம். துன்பம் வந்தால் வருந்துகிறோம். சந்தோஷம் வந்தால் அதனை வரவேற்கிறோம். சாதாரண மனித வாழ்வின் குறிக்கோளாக, பணம் சம்பாதிப்பதையும், வாழ்க்கை தரத்தை உயர்த்துவதையும், சமூக அந்தஸ்தை நிலை நிறுத்துவதையும் கொள்கிறோம்.


சரி, பிறந்து விட்டோம். நாம் வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு தேவையையும் எதிர் கொள்ள வேண்டியுள்ளது. அதில் பணமும் முக்கிய அங்கம் வகிக்கிறது. எதனையும் விலக்க முடியாது. இதுதான் வாழ்வின் உண்மை. இதுதானே மனிதனின் கடமை. இப்படியிருக்க நாம் எப்படி வாழ்வை, நமது பிறவியின் குறிக்கோளை ஆன்மீகமயமாக்குவது என்ற கேள்வி எழலாம்.

ஆனால் இறைவன் எதிர்பார்ப்பது என்ன? நாம் இந்தப் பிறவியில் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும் என எதிர்பார்க்கிறார் என்று நாம் எத்தனை நாள் சிந்தித்திருப்போம்? 


இறைவனை பற்றிய சிந்தனை, நாம் செய்யும் ஒவ்வொரு செயலிலும் இருந்தால், நம்மை சுற்றி நடக்கும் நிகழ்வுகள் அனைத்தும், இறைவனின் செயலே என நாம் உணர்ந்தால், ஒவ்வொரு செயலும், இறைவனுக்கு அர்பணிக்கபட்டால் அதுவே நமது ஆன்மீக வாழ்வு, அதுவே நமது வாழ்வின் குறிக்கோள்.

Yes, to live in the consciousness of the Divine Presence is the only thing that matters. -The Mother.
 
நாம் செய்யும் எந்த ஒரு செயலையும், இறைவனுக்கு சமர்ப்பணம் செய்யும் போது, நமது அகங்காரம் அழிவதால், அச்செயலுக்கு உண்டான கர்மபலன்கள், அவை நல்லதோ தீயதோ, நம்மை பாதிப்பதில்லை. இதனையே நம் வாழ்வின்  Practice ஆகக் கொண்டால், கர்மபலன்கள் அற்ற ஒரு வாழ்வு நமக்கு கிடைக்கிறது. அதில் இறைவன் அளிக்கும் அருளாகிய பேரானந்தத்தை நாம் பெறுகிறோம். நம் செயல், இறைவனுக்கு சமர்ப்பணம் செய்யப்படும்போது, அந்த செயலில் பொய்யின் பங்கு முற்றிலும் இல்லை. இவ்வுலகில் பொய் வலிமை இழக்கும். உலகமும், நம் ஒவ்வொருவரின் சமர்ப்பணத்தால்  நன்மையை பெறுகிறது.

The individual self and the universal self are one; in every world, in every being, in each thing,in every atom is the Divine Presence, and man’s mission is to manifest it.
- The Mother.

நமக்குள் இருக்கும் இறைவனை தேடவேண்டும் என்பதே, நமது வாழ்வின் குறிக்கோள் என்கிறார் அன்னை.

Why are we on earth?
Mother's Answer: To find the Divine who is in each of us and in all things.

Only one thing is important, it is to find the Divine. For each one and for the whole world anything becomes useful if it helps to find the Divine.

Life is meant for seeking the Divine. Life is realised when finding the Divine.

Let this be our one need in life, to realise the Divine.

வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு செயலிலும், சமர்பணத்தை பின்பற்றி, பொய்யை விலக்கி, அன்னையின் சத்திய ஜீவிய சக்தியின் அருளைப் பெறுவோம். ஆன்மீகத்தில் உயர்வோம்.
