Message of the Day : Surrendered servent of the Divine

* If you refuse to become a docile and surrendered servant of the Divine and of the Master who manifests Him, it means that you will remain a slave of your egoism, your vanity, your presumptuous ambition, and a toy in the hands of the Rakshasas who allure you with brilliant images in their attempt—not always unsuccessful—to possess you. *  Silence all outside noise, aspire for the Divine’s help; open integrally to it when it comes and surrender to its action, and it will effectively bring about your transformation. *  Physical ailments are always the sign of a resistance in the physical being; but with surrender to the Divine’s Will and a complete trust in the working of the Grace, they are bound to disappear soon. - Words of the Mother III

Message of the Day - Surrender - பூரணச் சரணாகதி

If you can add to that a movement of complete and trusting surrender to the Grace, then I am sure that within five minutes your suffering will disappear. If you know how to do it. You may try and yet not succeed. But you must know how to try again and again and again, until you do succeed. But if you do those three things at the same time, well, there is no pain which can resist. That’s all, then. -The Mother, Questions and Answers பூரணச் சரணாகதியை 3 வகைகளாக உருவகப்படுத்தலாம். அக்கருத்தையும், அதைப் பிரதிபலிக்கும் செயலையும் கீழே குறிப்பிடுகிறேன்.  “உன் திருவுள்ளமே நிறைவேற வேண்டும்; என் விருப்பமன்று”. சாஷ்டாங்க நமஸ்காரம். “நீ நினைத்தபடி மட்டுமே நிகழட்டும், நீ நினைத்தபடி மட்டுமே நிகழட்டும்”. புத்தகத்தைப் பிரிப்பதைப் போல் தலையிலிருந்து கால் வரை உன்னைப் பிளந்து இறைவன் முன் வை. “யுகாந்தர காலத்திற்கும் உனக்கே நான் உரியவன்”. அவன் மடியில் தவழும் குழவியாக உன்னைப் பாவிக்க வேண்டும்.  இவற்றுள் எந்த ஒன்றையாவது முறையாகச் செய்தால் அகந்தை கரையும். -  Karmayogi Avarkal

Message of the Day: Surrender

Mother says: The Mother :                                    What is surrender? It means that one gives oneself entirely to the Divine. Yes, and then what happens? If you give yourself entirely to the Divine, it is He who does the Yoga, it is no longer you; hence this is not very difficult; while if you do tapasya, it is you yourself who do the yoga and you carry its whole responsibility—it is there the danger lies. But there are people who prefer to have the whole responsibility, with its dangers, because they have a very independent spirit. They are not perhaps in a great hurry— if they need several lives to succeed, it does not matter to them. But there are others who want to go quicker and be more sure of reaching the goal; well, these give over the whole responsibility to the Divine. -Questions and Answers 1950    What does the human will actually surrender?  In order to be a good and conscientious citizen, we must give up bad habits in favour of good habits. But for one who wants to unite with his soul, all habits have to be given up. Habit itself is a limiting movement, a dead movement. Therefore all habits have to go.  Both bad and good habits have to be given up in favour of the higher consciousness within us, the inner Divine.    An unpunctual man is always late, and the punctual man always on time. The unpunctual man is despised by the society whereas the punctual man is appreciated. But how to give up this good habit? The mind has accepted the idea of punctuality and implements it. Punctuality does not belong to the level of the soul. It belongs to the mind. If you function from the mind, it is a mental act.  But it is possible to offer the idea of punctuality to the inner Divine. Let the soul accept the idea. Message of the Day: Surrender - சரணாகதியின் உண்மையான அர்த்தத்தை அறிவீர்களா?

Sri Mother says: .......if someone can truly know what surrender is and total trust, then it is infinitely easier, three-fourths of the worry and difficulties are over................ And if through aspiration, the inner will, self-giving and true surrender one can enter into contact with the higher regions or even the supreme region, from up there the supreme determinism will come down and transform all the intermediate determinisms and it will be able to bring about in a so-to-say almost inexistent span of time what would have otherwise taken either years or lives to be accomplished. But this is the only way. A Question to Mother :...... What is the sign to indicate that a sadhak’s determination to surrender to the Divine is having practical effect in his life?” Sri Mother says: ....The determination to surrender brings certain results. The first result is simply to be obedient without questioning, and the second is to have the power of rejecting all influences except that of the Divine. These are great results. ஆசிரம வீடு ஒன்றில் இரு குடும்பங்கள் வசித்தன. மாடி வீட்டுக் குழந்தை மீது கீழ்வீட்டுப் பெண்ணுக்குப் பிரியம். தினமும் குழந்தையோடு வந்து விளையாடுவார். குழந்தைக்கு வயிற்றுப் போக்கு. ஆசிரம டாக்டர் வைத்தியம் செய்கிறார். 10 நாட்களாயின. பலனில்லை. 10-ஆம் நாள் கீழ்வீட்டுப் பெண், குழந்தையைப் பார்க்க வந்தவர் குழந்தை துவண்டு கிடப்பதைக் கண்டு திகைத்து, கண்கள் வருத்தத்தால் நிறைந்துவிட்டதைப் பார்த்து, அவருடனிருந்தவர் நேரே விளையாட்டு மைதானத்திற்குப் போனார். அன்னை அப்பொழுது அங்கிருந்தார். குழந்தையின் நிலைமையை அன்னையிடம் சொன்னார்.அதே நிமிஷம் குழந்தை துள்ளி எழுந்தான். வேறொருவர் டாக்டரிடம் சென்று, அவரை அழைத்து வந்தார். வந்த டாக்டருக்கு ஒன்றும் புரியவில்லை. பத்து நாளாகப் பலிக்காத மருந்து அன்னையிடம் கூறிய அதே நேரம் பலித்தது என்பது டாக்டருக்கு வியப்பாயிற்று. அன்னைக்குச் செய்தி எட்டியவுடன் பிரச்சினை இதுபோல்தீருவதே அன்னை தடையின்றி செயல்படுவதாகும். மனிதன் அறிவால் செயல்படுகிறான், அன்னைக்கு அறிவு தடை; உணர்வால் செயல்படுகிறான், உணர்வு தடை; பழக்கத்தால் செயல்படுகிறான் அது பெருந்தடை. இவற்றுள் உணர்வின் தடையே மிகச் சிறியது. தடையின்றி ஆன்மாவால் எப்படிச் செயல்படுவது? குழந்தை அவதிப்படுகிறான், என்ன செய்தால் சரி என்று சிந்தித்தால், அது அறிவால் செயல்படுவதாகும். அவன் வேதனை எனக்குத் தாங்கவில்லை என்றால் உணர்வால் செயல்படுவதாகும். பிரச்சினை என்றால் டாக்டரைக் கூப்பிடுவது பழக்கம் என்றால் உடலால் செயல்படுவதாகும். குழந்தையைப் பார்த்து, 'எனக்கு எதுவுமே தோன்றவில்லை, அன்னை நினைவுதான் வந்தது', என்றால் ஆன்மாவால் செயல்படுவதாகும்.அப்படி நடக்கும்பொழுது அன்னைக்கு யாரும் போய்ச் சொல்ல வேண்டியதில்லை. கடிதம் எழுத வேண்டியதில்லை. விழிப்புற்ற ஆன்மா அன்னைக்குச் சொல்லும். பிரச்சினை உடனே தீரும். இயல்பாக வாழ்வின் அஸ்திவாரத்தை அறிவு, உணர்வு, செயலிலிருந்து, ஆன்மாவுக்கு மாற்றுவதை யோகம் எனவும், அம்முறையை, சரணாகதி எனவும் அறிகிறோம். - கர்மயோகி அவர்களின் அன்னையின் ஆசிரம வாழ்வில்  என்ற கட்டுரையில் இருந்து..

(Ref: Words of the Mother-1) இறைவனால் படைக்கப்பட்ட ஒவ்வொரு படைப்பிற்கும், அவனது நோக்கத்தை நிறைவேற்றுவதில், அதற்கே உரிய பகுதியும் உண்டு.  அன்னையின் புதிய சிருஷ்டிக்கான நோக்கத்தில் அமெரிக்காவின் பங்கு என்ன என்று கேட்கப்பட்ட கேள்விக்கு அவர் அளித்த பதில். (Ref: Words of the Mother) Divine Mother, Firstly, what is the role of the United States with regard to the building of the new world?   The work of U.S.A. is to provide the financial help needed to prepare the earth for the new creation.   Secondly, what must the people of the United States do in order to begin to be able to fulfil this role? Become aware of those, individual or organisation, capable of bringing about this transformation and give them the necessary money. Sri Aurobindo came upon earth to announce the manifestation of the supramental world and not merely did he announce this manifestation but embodied also in part the supramental force and showed by example what one must do to prepare oneself for manifesting it. The best thing we can do is to study all that he has told us and endeavour to follow his example and prepare ourselves for the new manifestation. This gives life its real sense and will help us to overcome all obstacles.
