Why are we on earth?  To find the Divine who is in each of us and in all things. * Only one thing is important, it is to find the Divine. For each one and for the whole world anything becomes useful if it helps to find the Divine. * Life is meant for seeking the Divine. Life is realised when finding the Divine. * Let this be our one need in life, to realise the Divine. * Yes, to live in the consciousness of the Divine Presence is the only thing that matters.. Message of the day - இறைவா! நீயே எல்லாம்! - I want only You

If you say to the Divine with conviction, “I want only You”, the Divine will arrange all the circumstances in such a way as to compel you to be sincere.1 Something in the being... “I want only You.”... the aspiration... and then one wants a hundred odd things all the time, isn’t that so? At times something comes, just... usually to disturb everything—it stands in the way and prevents you from realising your aspiration. Well, the Divine will come without showing 1 “If earnestly you say to the Divine, ‘I want only Thee’, the Divine will arrange the circumstances in such a way that you are compelled to be sincere.” Himself, without your seeing Him, without your having any inkling of it, and He will arrange all the circumstances in such a way that everything that prevents you from belonging solely to the Divine will be removed from your path, inevitably. Then when all is removed, you begin to howl and complain; but later, if you are sincere and look at yourself straight in the eye... you have said to the Lord, you have said, “I want only You.” He will remain close to you, all the rest will go away. This is indeed a higher Grace. Only, you must say this with conviction. -The Mother - Questions and Answers, 1954 இறைவன் பூவுலகில் தன் ஆட்சியை நிறுவ உனக்கு அளித்த கருவியாக இவ்வாழ்வை நீ ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.  பித்ருக்களுக்குள்ள கடமை, குடும்பத்திற்கான பொறுப்பு, சமூகக் கட்டுப்பாடுகள் உனக்கில்லை. நீ இறைவனின் கருவி. இறைவன் உலகில் வெளிப்பட முனைகிறான். உன் வாழ்வின் மூலம் இறைவன் வெளிப்பட்டு, செயல்பட விழைகிறான். அவனே உனக்கு பித்ரு. நீயே அவனுக்குரிய புத்திர சந்தானம். உன் உலகில் உள்ள ஒரே பிரஜை இறைவன் மட்டுமே. அவனைத் தாண்டி சமூகம் என்று உனக்கொன்றில்லை. அவன் இஷ்டமே உனக்கு அவன் இட்ட கட்டளை. உனக்கு ஆசைப்பட உரிமையில்லை. இஷ்டம் என்பது இனி இல்லை. இஷ்டதேவதையாகப் பரமனையே வரித்தபின், இஷ்டப்பட எதுவும் இல்லை. இருந்தாலும் இஷ்டப்படப் பிரியப்பட்டால் ஜோதியை நாடு, பவித்திரத்தைக் கருது, அமைதியைத் தேடு, ஆனந்தம் வேண்டும் எனக் கேள், அகண்டத்தில் திளைக்க வேண்டும் என ஆசைப்படு. உன் ஆசைக்குரியவை அவையே; அவை மட்டுமே. திருவுருமாற்றத்தை விருப்பத்தின் இலட்சியமாகக் கொள். மனத்தை அனந்தத்தின் அகண்ட வெளியாக மாற்ற வேண்டும் என்று விருப்பப்படு. வாழ்வை குருக்ஷேத்திரமாக்க பிரார்த்தனை செய். உன் உடல் பரம்பொருளின் பரமபதமாக வேண்டும் என்ற குறிக்கோளை முன் வை.      சரணாகதி என்பது நம்மிடம் உள்ள குணநலன்களையும், குறைகளையும் ஆண்டவனுக்கு அளிப்பதாகும். அது முதற்கட்டமானால், அடுத்த கட்டத்தில் குணங்களைத் தாண்டி நம் பிறவியில் உள்ள அனைத்தையும் சமர்ப்பணம் செய்ய வேண்டும். குணம், குறை, பிறப்பு, இருப்பு, செயல், அசைவு, அனைத்தையும் சமர்ப்பணம் செய்தாலும் மீதியிருக்கும். ஜீவன் பல கட்டங்கள் உடையது. மனம், பிராணன், உடல், ஆன்மா என்பவையுடன், சூட்சும தேகம் என்றும், அந்தராத்மா உறையும் உள்மனம் என்றும், உணர்வைத் தாண்டிய நிலையிலுள்ள உடல் இருக்கும் நிலை என்றும், சைத்திய உலகமென்றும் ஜீவன் பல நிலைகளில் உறைவதால், சமர்ப்பணம் பூர்த்தியாக எல்லா நிலைகளின் சமர்ப்பணத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். - கர்மயோகி  அவர்களின் அன்னையின் அருளும் மனித நம்பிக்கையும் என்ற கட்டுரையில் இருந்து..

Message of the Day - ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தரின் யோகம் - The principle of Yoga

The principle of Yoga is the turning of one or of all powers of our human existence into a means of reaching divine Being. In an ordinary Yoga one main power of being or one group of its powers is made the means, vehicle, path. In a synthetic Yoga all powers will be combined and included in the transmuting instrumentation. -Sri Aurobindo ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் தம் யோக சித்தியின் மூலம் தாம் இறைவனை அடைந்து, தமக்குக் கிடைத்த மோட்சம் உலகில் உள்ள அனைவருக்கும் கிடைப்பதற்கான இறையருளைக் கூட்டுவிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற முயற்சியை மேற்கொண்டார். அதற்கேற்ப, அவர் தம் யோக இலட்சியத்தையும், வழிமுறைகளையும் பற்றிக் கொண்டார். மேலும் அவர், மரணம், பிணி, வறுமை, பொய்மையில் உள்ள மனிதனை, அவனுடைய முயற்சி ஏதுமின்றி, தம் யோக சக்தியால் விடுவிக்க வேண்டும் என முயன்று முதற்கட்டத்தில் வெற்றியும் பெற்றார். ஆண்டவனை நாடி விரதம் இருந்து பலனை நாடும் மனிதனை நோக்கி, ஆண்டவனே தன் இருக்கையிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு வந்து, அவன் கேட்கும் வரத்தையும் கேட்கத் தெரியாமல் இருக்கும் பூரண ஆத்ம விளக்கத்தையும் கொடுப்பதற்கு, தம்மை ஒரு கருவியாக மாற்றிக்கொண்டார் ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர். இறைவனிடமிருந்து யோக சித்தியைப் பெறுவது ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தரின் செயல். அவர் பெற்றதை உலகத்திற்கு வழங்குவது அன்னையின் அவதார நோக்கம். ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தருடைய யோகத்தின் வெற்றி முதல் 3 கட்டங்களைத் தாண்டிவிட்டது. முழுதும் வெற்றி அடைந்தால் உலகத்தில் மரணமும், பிணியும், வறுமையும், பொய்ம்மையும் மனித முயற்சியின்றியே முழுதுமாக விலகி இருக்கும். என்றாலும் இறைவனின் பேரருள் மனிதனை நோக்கிச் செலுத்தும் யோகமாக ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தரின் பூரணயோகம் அமைந்திருப்பதால், பக்தர்கள் கேட்காமலேயே அன்னையால் கொடுக்க முடிகிறது. - கர்மயோகி  அவர்கள்

Message of the Day - How should we use things - பொருட்களை திறன்பட உபயோகப்படுத்துதல்

People use something which gets dirty and is spoilt in becoming dirty, or they forget to clean it or neglect it, because all this takes time. There is a kind of respect for the object one has, which must make one treat it with much consideration and try to preserve it as long as possible, not because one is attached to it and desires it, but because an object is something respectable which has sometimes cost a lot of effort and labour in the producing and so must as a result be considered with the respect due to the work and effort put into it. There are people who have nothing, who don’t even have the things which are absolutely indispensable, and who are compelled to make them in some way for their personal use. I have seen people of this kind who, with much effort and ingenuity had managed to make for themselves certain things which are more or less indispensable from the practical point of view. Many people here are like that. I won’t tell you their names but I know them well. There are many like that. They have a right to something, they will ask for it even if they don’t need it, because they have the right. This indeed is... well, in fact it is... an attitude... we won’t qualify it.  There is also the miser who fills his chest with pieces of gold and never uses them. Message of the Day- The Only Way to Advance - யோகத்தில் முன்னேற ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் கூறும் வழிகள்

தான் யோகத்தை மேற்கொள்ளும் போது, பல விதமான எண்ணங்களாலும் சக்திகளாலும் அலைக்கழிக்கப்படுவதாக, ஒரு சாதகர் ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தருக்கு எழுதுகிறார்.இறைவனை உணர்ந்தாலும், தனது மனதில் இருக்கும் குழப்பங்கள் தீரவில்ல்லை என்று எழுதிய அந்த பக்தருக்கு ஸ்ரீ அரவிதர் கூறிய பதிலை இன்று காணுங்கள்.  யோகத்தில் முன்னேற ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் கூறும் வழிகள்: 1. A quiet mind makes consciousness easier. ( அமைதியான மனதினால் இறை  உணர்வை எளிதில் பெற முடியும்.  2. If you keep a quiet mind and a constant contact with myself (Aurobindo) and the Mother and the true Light and Force, then things will become easy and straight—it is the only way to get to the realisation. அமைதியான மனதுடன், ஸ்ரீ அன்னை மற்றும் ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் மற்றும் சத்திய ஜீவிய சக்தி - உண்மை ஒளியுடன் நாம் எப்போதும் கொள்ளும் தொடர்பு, எல்லா விஷயங்களையும் நேராகவும் எளிதாகவும் மாற்றும். இது ஒன்றே realisation (சித்தி) பெற ஒரே வழி. 3. It is a mistake to think that this method will not lead you to the supramental realisation. It is the only way to advance towards the supramental change. (சத்திய ஜீவிய சித்தி யை நோக்கிச் செல்ல இம்முறை வழிநடத்தாது என்று நினைப்பது தவறானது. இம்முறை மட்டுமே சத்திய ஜீவிய மாற்றத்தினை நோக்கி முன்னேறிச் செல்ல இருக்கும் ஒரே வழியாகும். 4. It is because you become doubtful and begin to follow after other ways and other (lower) experiences that you get again confused and full of incertitudes. ஏனெனில், நீங்கள் சந்தேகம் கொண்டு, மற்ற வழிகளை பின்பற்றும் போது, நீங்கள் பெறும் தாழ்ந்த நிலை அனுபவங்களால் , மீண்டும் குழப்பத்திற்கு உள்ளாகி, உறுதி அற்ற நிலையை அடையலாம். 5. Keep to one way, the way shown to you by me. It is by following this way that you can reach the wideness you want —if you run about on many ways, that will bring not wideness but confusion. 6. Here in the lower nature there are many things, but they are in a state of disharmony, so to follow them all together means disharmony, confusion, want of organisation, fight. In the higher (supramental) nature there is a greater wideness and much more is there than in the lower nature; but all is harmony, organisation, peace. Follow therefore the one way that leads to the higher supramental nature. தாழ்ந்த தன்மையுடன், இங்கு பல விஷயங்கள் உள்ளன. அவையாவும் ஒன்றுக்கொன்று விரோதமான நிலையில் இருப்பதால், அவற்றைப் பின்பற்றும் போதும், குழப்பத்தை விளைவிக்கின்றன. உயர்ந்த சத்திய ஜீவிய நிலையில், எல்லாமே சுமூகமான, ஒழுங்குபடுத்தப்பட்ட அமைதியான நிலையில் உள்ளது. இதை நீங்கள் பின்பற்றும் போது, உயர்ந்த தன்மையை நோக்கி அது  உங்களை வழி நடத்திச் செல்லும். 7. Do not be impatient, because full knowledge does not come to you at once. In quietude of mind keep the contact, let the true Light and Force work and with time all knowledge will come and the Truth will grow in you. பொறுமையுடன் இருங்கள். எல்லா ஞானமும் ஒரே சமயத்தில் வந்து விடாது. அமைதியான மனதுடன், ஒளியுடனும், சத்தியி ஜீவிய சக்தியுடனும் தொடர்பில் இருங்கள். எல்லா ஞானமும் வந்து சேரும். -The mother with letters on the Mother by Sri Aurobindo
