WITH peace in our hearts, with light in our minds, we
feel Thee,OLord, so living within us that we await events
with serenity, knowing that Thy path is everywhere, since
we carry it in our own being, and that in all circumstances
we can become the heralds of Thy word, the servitors of
Thy work.

Message of the Day: Surrendering our problems to the Divine- நம் பாரத்தை அன்னையிடம் சேர்ப்பதெப்படி?

"How can a problem be solved when one doesn’t have the necessary knowledge?"  How can a problem be solved when one doesn’t have the necessary knowledge? And the unfortunate thing is that man believes that he has to resolve all the problems of his life, and he does not have the knowledge needed to do it. That is the source, the origin of all his troubles—that perpetual question, “What should I do?...” which is followed by another one still more acute, “What is going to happen?” and at the same time, more or less, the inability to answer. That is why all spiritual disciplines begin with the necessity of surrendering all responsibility and relying on a higher principle. Otherwise peace is impossible. Image Courtesy :www.mirapuri-enterprises.com And yet, consciousness has been given to man so that he can progress, can discover what he doesn’t know, develop into what he has not yet become; and so it may be said that there is a higher state than that of an immobile and static peace: it is a trust total enough for one to keep the will to progress, to preserve the effort for progress while ridding it of all anxiety, all care for results and consequences. -Questions and Answers 1957 - The Mother கணவனுக்குப்  பொறுப்பில்லை;  பிள்ளைக்குப்  படிப்பு  வரவில்லை; வைத்த    நகைகளை    மீட்கவில்லை;    முதலாளியின்    முன்கோபம் என்னைப்    பெரிதும்    பாதிக்கிறது;    வாழ்க்கை    பிரச்சினையாக ஆரம்பித்து,    சிக்கலாக    மாறி,    வேதனையாகவும்,    நரகமாகவும் ஆகிவிட்டது;   ஏன்   பொழுது   விடிகிறது   என்று   கண்ணில்   ஜலம் வருகிறது;   இன்றைய   பொழுது   எப்படிப்   போகும்   என்று   கேள்வி எழுகிறது;  என்பன  போன்று  சிலருக்கு  வாழ்க்கை  அமைந்து  விடும். அவர்களுக்கு  கதி  மோட்சம்  இல்லையா?  ஒரு  கணம்  சிறப்பு  வாராதா? அன்னை   அவர்களுக்கெல்லாம்   ஏதாவது   வழி   காட்டுவாரா? பாரத்தை     நாம்     சுமப்பதற்குப்     பதில்,     அன்னையிடம் கொடுத்துவிட்டால்  இனி  பாரம்  நமக்கில்லை.  அன்னை  பாரத்தை சுமப்பதுடன்,   அந்தப்   பிரச்சினையையும்   தீர்த்து   விடுவார். பாரத்தை   அன்னையிடம்   சேர்ப்பதெப்படி? நகை   பாங்கிலிருப்பது   அடிக்கடி   நினைவில்   உறுத்துகிறது என்றால்,  நகையை  நாம்  நினைத்துக் கொண்டிருப்பதற்குப்  பதில், மனதிலிருந்து   நகையை   (பிரச்சினையை)   ஒதுக்கி,   விலக்கி, அன்னையை   நினைவுகூர   வேண்டும்.   அதன்   பலனாக   மனம் லேசாகிவிடும்.   பிரச்சினை   தீர்ந்துவிடும். ஒரு   பிரச்சினை   ஒரு   நாளைக்கு   40   முறை   நினைவில்   வந்து கிலேசமடைந்தால்  முதல்  நாள்  அன்னையை  10  முறை  நினைக்க  முடிகிறது. நாள்   செல்லச்   செல்ல  10 நாள்   கழித்து   ஒரு நாளைக்கு   அன்னையை   40   முறையும்   நினைக்க   முடிகிறது. அதாவது      பிரச்சினையை      முழுவதும்      அன்னைக்கு மாற்றியாகிவிட்டது.   அன்று   பிரச்சினை   முழுவதும்   தீரும். என்று  ஒரு  பிரச்சினை  மனதில்  தோன்றும்  ஒவ்வொரு  முறையும் அன்னையை    நினைவுகூர    முடிகிறதோ,    அன்று    பிரச்சினை தீர்ந்துவிடும். -கர்மயோகி அவர்களின்  பிரச்சினை தீர நம் பாரத்தை அன்னையிடம் சேர்த்தல் என்ற கட்டுரையில் இருந்து ..

Message of the Day: Aspiration - ஆர்வம்

......But actually, to tell you the truth, I think your lives are so easy that you don’t exert yourselves very much! How many among you have truly an INTENSE need to find their psychic beings? To find out truly who they are? To find out what their roles are, why they are here? ... You just let yourselves drift. You even complain when things aren’t easy enough! You just take things as they come. And sometimes, should an aspiration arise in you and you encounter some difficulty in yourself, you say, ‘Oh, Mother is there! She’ll take care of it for me!’ And you think about something else.

பக்தி, ஆர்வம் (aspiration) என்பதற்கு மனித சக்தி அளவுகடந்து தேவைப்படுகிறது. வாழ்க்கைப் பலன் பெற அதைப் பயன்படுத்தாமல், இறைவனை அடைய அதைத் திருப்பினால் அது ஆர்வமாக மாறி, எந்நேரமும் மனம் இறைவனை நினைக்கும்.

ஆர்வம் முதிர்ந்தால், உடலெல்லாம் உள்ள சக்தி உள்ளத்தில் சேர்ந்து பக்தியாகி ஆர்வம் கனலாக மாறும். பக்தி சிறந்தால் நெஞ்சம் திறந்து,

அதன் பின்னுள்ள சைத்தியம் வெளிப்படும். சைத்தியம் இறைவனை மட்டும் நோக்கிப் போவது என்பதால், நம் ஜீவன், வெளிப்பட்ட சைத்தியத்தால் வழி நடத்தப்பட்டு இறைவனை நோக்கிச் செல்லும். பக்தி யோகம் பக்க லயம் தேவை.

லயித்துவிட்டால் நெஞ்சில் கனலெழுந்து நெஞ்சமே சிவந்துவிடும். ஞானியின் முகம் தேஜஸ் நிரம்பியுள்ளதுபோல், பக்தன் நெஞ்சம் சிவந்து காணப்படும்.

இறைவன் திருவுள்ளம் நிறைவேறட்டும், என் விருப்பம் வேண்டாம், என்பது மேல் மனத்திலிருந்து ஆழத்திற்குப் போக உதவும் சக்தி வாய்ந்த மந்திரம். நமக்கு ஒரு பிரார்த்தனை நிறைவேற வேண்டும் என்றால், அதைத் தவிர்த்து, இதை மேற்கொண்டால், இம்மந்திரம் சக்தி வாய்ந்ததாக அமையும்

The business of both parent and teacher is to enable and to help the child to educate himself, to develop his own intellectual, moral, aesthetic and practical capacities and to grow freely as an organic being, not to be kneaded and pressured into form like an inert plastic material.”    - (Sri Aurobindo, The Human Cycle) Image Courtesy :www.mirapuri-enterprises.com -Words of the Mother - The Mother                                                    ------------------------ குழந்தைக்கு கவனிக்கும் திறமையை வளர்த்தால், தானே குழந்தை வாழ்வைக் கவனித்துக் கற்கும் என்பது அன்னை முறை.   மாணவன் ஆன்ம விழிப்புப் பெற்றால், அதிலுள்ள சிரமம் பெரும்பாலும் அழியும். இளம் மாணவர்களை ஆன்மீக கட்டுப்பாட்டை மேற்கொள்ளும்படி கேட்க முடியாது. ஆனால் அவர்களை சத்தியத்தை மேற்கொள்ளும்படிக் கேட்கலாம். கல்லூரி மாணவன், பள்ளி மாணவன் சத்தியம் தவிர வேறெதையும் பேசுவதில்லை என்று முடிவு செய்தால், அவனால் எவருக்கும் தொந்தரவில்லை. சத்தியம் சத்தியமாக ஜெயிக்கும். மாணவன் சத்தியத்தை மேற்கொண்டால் பரீட்சை சிம்மசொப்பனமாக இருக்காது.  இது உயர்ந்த முறை. அதிகப் பலன் தரும் முறை. ஒரு மாணவன் சத்தியமே தன் வழி என சத்தியத்தை வழிபட்டால், அவனது புத்திசாலித்தனம் வளரும். அதிகமாக விளையாடினால், பாடம் அதிகமாகப் புரியும். பிறரால் படிப்புக்குத் தொந்தரவு வாராது. இயல்பாக இத்தனை நாளிருந்த சிரமங்கள் நாம் நம்ப முடியாத அளவில் கரைந்து மறையும். பரீட்சை கடுமையாக இருக்காது. -கர்மயோகி அவர்களின் அன்னை கல்வி  என்ற கட்டுரையில் இருந்து ..

Message of the Day : Force makes the body immune

Sweet Mother, how can we make the body immune to every attack? Mother says : Well, Sri Aurobindo has written it later, hasn’t he? He says that only the descent of the supramental Force can make the body immune to every attack. He says that otherwise it is only momentary and that it doesn’t always work. He says that it can be practically immune but not absolutely so; and to be Image Courtesy : http://www.searchforlight.org absolutely so, it is only by transforming the nature as it is into a supramental nature that one can make the body absolutely immune to all attacks. Sweet Mother, when one sees an illness coming, how can one stop it? Ah! First of all, you must not want it and nothing in the body must want it. You must have a very strong will not to be ill. This is the first condition. The second condition is to call the light, a light of equilibrium, a light of peace, quietude and balance, and to push it into all the cells of the body, enjoining them not to be afraid, because that again is another condition.    -Questions and Answers - The Mother
