அதிர்ஷ்டம் என்ற விஷயத்தில், ஆர்வம் கொள்ளாதவர் குறைவு. வாய்ப்புக்காக காத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் ஒருவர், தனக்கு ஏதேனும் அதிர்ஷ்டம் வந்து விடாதா என்று நினைக்கிறார். அதிர்ஷ்டம் நமது வாழ்வையே மாற்ற வல்லது என்றும் நம்மில் பலருக்கு எண்ணம் உண்டு. சாதாரண வாழ்வு என்று நாம் குறிப்பிடுவது, இறைசிந்தனை (Divine Consciouness ) அற்ற வாழ்வைக் குறிப்பதாகும். வெற்றி பெற்றவரை அதிஷ்டக்காரர் என்கிறோம். சிலர் ஒரு வெற்றியைத் தொடர்ந்து, பல வெற்றிகளைப் பெறுவதைக் காண்கிறோம்.
நமது சிந்தனைக்கு:
தொடர்ந்து தோல்விகளையும் சிலர் பெறுகின்றனர்."என்ன செய்வது, அதிர்ஷ்டம் இல்லை, இது எனது துரதிஷ்டம், எனது விதி"என அவர்கள் மன வருத்தம் கொள்வதையும் நாம் காண்கிறோம். மிகவும் எளிதாக சிலர், தனது தோல்விக்கான காரணத்தை, தனக்கு அதிர்ஷ்டமின்மையால் ஏற்பட்டது என்று பழியை அதன் மீது போட்டு விடுகிறார்கள். இது சாதாரண வாழ்வில் உழலுபவர்கள் கூறும் பதிலாகும். இவ்வாறு கூறுபவர்களுக்கு அன்னை கூறும் பதில் என்ன?
அன்னையின் பார்வையில்:
சாதாரண வாழ்வு என்று அன்னை குறிப்பிடுவது ஆன்மீகம் இல்லாத வாழ்வு இல்லை. அது இறைசிந்தனை அல்லது இறைவனின் உணர்வு ?(Divine Consciousness) இல்லாத வாழ்வு ஆகும். அதாவது, ஒவ்வொரு செயலும், இறைவனின் செயலே என்று நாம் உணராத வாழ்வுதான் சாதாரண வாழ்வு. ஆன்மிகம் - Spirituality என்பது இவ்வுலகில் இல்லாத இடமில்லை. சாதாரண வாழ்வு, ஆன்மீக வாழ்வு (Spiritual Life ) என்ற பிரிவுபடுத்துவது என்பது மிகவும் பழமையான முறை, அது அர்த்தமற்றது என்கிறார் அன்னை.

life one says, “It is circumstances, it is fate, it’s my bad luck, it is
their fault”, or else, “I have no luck.” That is very, very, very
convenient. One veils everything and expects... yes, one has happy
moments and then bad ones, and finally —ah,

துரதிஷ்டம் - Bad Luck என்பதுதான் தோல்விக்கு காரணம் என்பவர்கள் ஒன்றை முதலில் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். நமக்கு நடக்கும் நல்லதும், கெட்டதும் நாம் யார் என்பதைப் பொறுத்தே நமக்கு நடக்கின்றன என்று கூறுகிறார் அன்னை. அதற்கு நாம்தான் காரணம் என்பதையும் நாம் உணர வேண்டும். இது நாம் செய்த தவற்றின் விளைவால் நடந்து என புரிந்து கொண்டு, தன்னலமற்ற இறைசிந்தனையுடன் எந்தச் செயலையும் செய்ய முற்பட வேண்டும்.
......................................That is, one is unconscious, one lives unconsciously and puts all the blame for what happens on others and on the circumstances but never tells oneself: “Why! It is my own fault.”... It needs a sufficiently vast consciousness to begin. நமது அசைக்க முடியாத நம்பிக்கைதான், நாம் வெற்றி பெறுவோம் என்ற நம்பிக்கைதான் நமது அதிஷ்டத்தை பெற்றுத்தரும் என்று கூறும் அன்னை அதற்கு ஒரு கதையையும் கூறுகிறார்.
ஒருகாலத்தில், துளை இடப்பட்ட நாணயம் கிடைத்தால் அதனை அதிர்ஷ்டம் என்று கொள்வார்கள். அப்படி ஒரு நாணயம் ஏழ்மை நிலையில் இருந்த, தன்னம்பிக்கை இழந்த ஒரு மனிதனுக்குகே கிடைத்தது. இனி என் வாழ்வில் துன்பம் இல்லை. எல்லா வளங்களும் நான் பெறுவேன் என்ற நம்பிக்கை கொண்டான் அவன். ஒரு சிறிய பையில் அதனை மிகவும் பாதுகாப்பாய் வைத்துக் கொண்டு, தனது Coat pocket - ல் வைத்துக் கொண்டான். அவன் நம்பிக்கையின்படியே மிகப் பெரிய செல்வந்தன் ஆனான். அதற்கு காரணம் அந்த நாணயம் தான் என்று நம்பினார் அவன்.
There
was a man working in an office whose life was rather poor and who was
not very successful, and one day he found a perforated coin. He put it
in his pocket and said to himself, “Now I am going to prosper!” And he
was full of hope, courage, energy, because he knew: “Now that I have the
coin, I am sure to succeed!” And, in fact, he went on prospering,
prospering more and more. ......... and people said, “What a wonderful man! How well
he works! How he finds all the solutions to all problems!”

ஒரு நாள் அதனை எடுத்துப் பார்க்க விரும்பிய அவன், அந்த சிறிய பையை தனது Coat - ல் இருந்து எடுக்கிறான். பையை திறந்தால், அதிர்ச்சி காத்திருக்கிறது. அதில் அந்த துளை இடப்பட்ட நாணயம் இல்லை. சாதாரண நாணயம்தான் இருந்தது. அவனுடைய மனைவி, "நான் பல வருடங்கள் முன்பு, ஒருநாள் உங்கள் Coat - ஐ உதறிய பொழுது அது தவறி விழுந்து விட்டது. எங்கு தேடியும் கிடைக்கவில்லை. அதனால் உங்களுடைய நம்பிக்கை குலைக்க விரும்பாமல், ஒரு சாதாரண நாணயத்தை அதில் வைத்து விட்டேன் "என்றாள்.
And
then, one day, he was a little curious, and said, “I am going to see my
coin!”—years later. He was having his breakfast with his wife and said,
“I am going to see my coin!” His wife told him, “Why do you want to see
it? It’s not necessary.” “Yes, yes, let me see my coin.” He took out
the little bag in which he kept the coin, and found inside a coin which
was not perforated! “Ah,” he said, “this is not my coin! What is this?
Who has changed my coin?” Then his wife told him, “Look, one day there
was some dust on your coat.... I shook it off through the window and the
coin fell out. I had forgotten that the coin was there. I ran to look
for it but didn’t find it. Someone had picked it up. So I thought you
would be very unhappy and I put another coin there.” (Laughter) Only,
he, of course, was confident that his coin was there and that was enough.
It is the faith, the trust that does it, you see.... The perforated
coin gives you nothing at all. You can always try. When one has
confidence... There! now... and that’s enough.

அவன் தனது நாணயம் தன்னிடம் இருப்பதாகவும், அதனால் தான் முன்னேறியதாகவும் கொண்ட நம்பிக்கை, அவனை வளர்ச்சியடையச் செய்தது. இறை நம்பிக்கை, இறைவன் நம்மை காப்பான், உதவி புரிவான் என்ற நம்பிக்கையே போதும், வேறு எதுவும் வேண்டாம் என்று கூறி முடிக்கிறார் அன்னை.
நாம் வாழ்வில் Prosperity பெற நமக்கு கிடைத்த அரிய அதிர்ஷ்டம்தான் ஸ்ரீ அன்னை. அன்னை நம்முடன் இருக்கிறார், நமது உண்மையில் அவர் இருக்கிறார் என்ற அசைக்க முடியாத நம்பிக்கையை கொள்வோம். அன்னையின் பாதையில் செல்வோம். வளர்வோம்.
