கதையும், கருத்தும் - 1

  நமது சாதாரண வாழ்வில் ஒய்வு என்பதனைப் பற்றி ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் தனிப்பட்ட கருத்து உண்டு. ஒய்வு என்பது உழைக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு  மனிதருக்கும் தேவையான  ஒன்று என்றாலும், அது எப்போது, எவ்வளவு என்பதில் மனிதர்கள் மாறுபடுகின்றனர். அன்னையும், சாதாரண மனிதர்களின் ஒய்வு பற்றி குறிப்பிடுகிறார்.

In ordinary life, already, this happens so much. Indeed, this is the bourgeois ideal, which has deadened mankind and made man into what he is now: “Work while you are young, accumulate wealth, honour, position; be provident, have a little foresight, put something by, lay up a capital, become an official —so that later when you are forty you “can sit down”, enjoy your income and later your pension and, as they say, enjoy a well-earned rest."

இங்கே அன்னை கூறுவது போல, இளமையில் உழைத்து சம்பாதித்து, செல்வமும், பதவியும், செல்வாக்கும் பெற்று, நிறைய சேமிப்பையும் பெற்று, பிற்காலத்தில் சேர்த்து வைத்த அனைத்து வசதிகளையும் செல்வங்களையும் உட்கார்ந்து அனுபவிப்பது என்பதுதான் சாதாரண மனிதனின் வாழ்வின் குறிகோளாக இருக்கிறது என்கிறார் அன்னை.

வேடிக்கையாக கூறுவது எனில், எங்கையோ கேட்ட கதை ஒன்று நினைவிற்கு வருகிறது.

சோம்பேறி இளைஞன் ஒருவன், எந்த வேலையும் செய்யாமல், தன்  பெற்றோரின் உழைப்பிலேயே வாழ்ந்து வந்தான். அவனுக்கு அறிவுரை கூறும் எண்ணத்துடன் ஒரு பெரியவர் வந்தார்.

"மகனே! உழைக்கும் வயதில், இப்படி வேலையே செய்யாமல் உண்டும் உறங்கியுமே காலத்தைக் கழிக்கிறாயே? உனக்கு பொறுப்பில்லையா?: என்றார்.

அதற்கு அவன், "சரி. நீங்கள் இளம் வயதில் என்ன செய்தீர்கள்? "

"மிகக் கடினமாக உழைத்தேன். நிறைய பொருள் சேர்த்தேன் "

"பின்பு?"

"நல்ல மனைவி மக்களைப் பெற்றேன். உழைப்பினால், செல்வாக்கும், பல வசதி வாய்ப்புக்களைப் பெற்றேன் "

"... ம்.. அதன் பின்பு... "

"பின்பு முதுமை அடைந்தேன். பெற்ற செல்வம்  அனைத்தையும் பிள்ளைகளிடம் ஒப்படைத்துவிட்டு, மீதியிருக்கும் நாட்களை உண்டும் உறங்கியும் ஓய்வாகக் கழிக்கிறேன் ."

"அப்படிஎன்றால் நீங்கள் வேலை செய்யாமல் ஓய்வாக உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையைக் கழிக்கிறீர்கள் , இல்லையா?"

"ஆம்."

"நீங்கள் இத்தனை வருடங்கள் கழித்துச் செய்வதை நான் இப்போதே செய்கிறேன். இதில் என்ன தவறு?  போய், உங்கள் வேலையைப் பாருங்கள்!" என்றான்.

அறிவுரை கூற வந்தவர், வேறு ஒன்றும் பேச முடியாமல் சென்று விட்டாராம்.

 ஆக, சாதாரண மனிதனின் வாழ்வு இது போல்தான் உள்ளது.


அன்னை  அரவிந்தரின் சிந்தனையைக் காண்போமா?

.........Sri Aurobindo says here is aimed at fighting against human nature with its inertia, its heaviness, laziness, easy satisfactions, hostility to all effort.

ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் மனிதனின் இயற்கையான சுபாவங்களான மந்தத்தனம், சோம்பேறித்தனம், தாழ்ந்த ஆசைகள், முயற்சிகளுக்கு எதிரான தவறான எண்ணங்கள் என பலவற்றையும் எதிர்த்து, நாம் போராட வேண்டும் என்கிறார்.

Mother says......  

The minute one stops going forward, one falls back. The moment one is satisfied and no longer aspires, one begins to die.

 எப்பொழுது நாம் முன்னேறுவதை நிறுத்துகிறோமோ, அப்பொழுதே நாம் வாழ்வில் பின்னடைவை அடைகிறோம்.

Life is movement, it is effort, it is a march forward, the scaling of a mountain, the climb towards new revelations, towards future
realisations.

வாழ்க்கை என்பது ஒரு இயக்கம். அது மலை ஏறுவதைப் போல, உயர்ந்த இலட்சியங்களை அடைய அன்றும் முன்னோக்கிச் செல்ல வேண்டும்.

Nothing is more dangerous than wanting to rest. It
is in action, in effort, in the march forward that repose must be found, the true repose of complete trust in the divine Grace, of the absence of desires, of victory over egoism.

 ஒய்வு எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற விருப்பத்தை போல, ஆபத்தானது ஒன்று கிடையாது. மனிதனின்  வாழ்க்கையானது  இறைவனின் மீது முழுமையான நம்பிக்கை கொண்டு, ஆசைகள் அற்று, அகந்தையை வெல்வதை, இறைவனை நோக்கி செல்வதையே, தனது முயற்சியாகக் கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்கிறார் அன்னை.

அது மட்டும் அல்ல. முதியவர்களைப் பற்றிக் குறிப்பிடும் போது, உங்கள் கடந்த வாழ்வை திரும்பிப் பார்த்தால், நீங்கள் இறைவனை நோக்கி செல்ல எவ்வளவு முயற்சி எடுத்து உள்ளீர்கள், அதில் எவ்வளவு வெற்றி பெற்று உள்ளீர்கள் என்பது மட்டுமே உங்கள் வாழ்நாளின் சாதனையாக கொள்ளப்படும் என்று கூறுகிறார்.

நமது உண்மையான குறிக்கோள் இறைவனை அடைவதே. இதில் நமக்கு ஒய்வு என்பதும் இல்லை.

There!         (Notes on the way) The only way to fail in your battle with the hostile forces is not to have a true confidence in the divine help. Sincerity in the aspiration always brings down the required succour. When Mother chooses our heart as a temporary abode, we feel it as CALM. If she chooses to linger there for more than a minute, causeless joy issues out of our heart. Joy is always Mother’s gift and causeless joy is a stamp of Her presence. If you ever find your mind expanding--actually it is felt as if the skull is expanding--you can spot out Mother in your mind. If thought ceases in your mind of currents and cross currents, it indicates Mother’s visit to your mental region. It clothes its desires and preferences with all kinds of wonderful intentions and it hides its trickeries, resentments and disappointments under the most favourable appearances. To overcome all that, you must have the fearlessness of a true warrior, and an honesty, a straightforwardness, a sincerity that never fail. ........Each one has his own difficulty. And I have given the example already once, I think. For instance, a being who must represent fearlessness, courage, you know, a capacity to hold on without giving way before all dangers and all fights, usually somewhere in his being he is a terrible coward, and he has to struggle against this almost constantly because this represents the victory he has to win in the world.   ........Only when one does what he wants, knows what he wants, does what he wants and is able to direct himself with certitude, without being tossed about by the hazards of life, then one can go forward on the suprarational paths fearlessly, unhesitatingly and with the least danger. அன்னையின் பாதையில் ..... அன்னையை ஏற்பவர்களின் கர்மங்கள் கரையும்

நமது சிந்தனைக்கு...

நமது இந்தப் பிறவிக்கு காரணம் நமது கர்ம பலனே. நமது கர்ம பலன்களால் தான் நாம் வாழ்வில் ஏற்ற, இறக்கங்களைக் காண்கிறோம். இது நாம் அனைவரும் அறிந்ததே. கர்ம பலன்களை அனுபவித்துதான் தீர்க்கவேண்டும் என்பது சாதாரண வாழ்வின் விதி. இந்தப் பிறவியிலும், நல்லவர்கள் நல்ல கர்மங்களையும், தீயவர்கள் தீய கர்மங்களையும் சேர்த்துக் கொண்டுதான் இருக்கின்றனர்.

ஒரு செயலை செய்யும் போது, அது நல்லதோ, கெட்டதோ, எதுவானாலும், அது ஒரு கர்மமே என்ற எண்ணம், Consciousness நாம் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் இருந்து, அதனை சமர்ப்பணம் அல்லது சரணாகதி வழியில் கையாண்டால் மட்டுமே நாம் கர்மத்தில் இருந்து விலக முடியும். இல்லையெனில், நல்ல அல்லது தீய கர்ம பலன் நம் வாழ்வில் பலிக்கிறது. இந்த சட்டங்கள் எல்லாமே, சாதாரண வாழ்வை ஏற்றவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே பொருந்தும். அன்னையின் ஆன்மீக வாழ்வை நாம் பின்பற்ற தொடங்கும் போது, கர்மம் தனது வலுவை இழக்கிறது. அன்னையை ஏற்றவர்களின் வாழ்வில் ஜாதகம் பலிப்பதில்லை என்று கர்மயோகி அவர்கள் குறிப்பிட்டுளார். பல அன்பர்களும் இதனை தம் வாழ்வில் கண்டுள்ளனர். கர்மபலனின் அடிப்படையில் உள்ள எவையும் அன்னையை ஏற்றபின் பலிப்பதில்லை என்பது அன்பர்கள் வாழ்வில் நிகழும் உண்மை. அது எப்படி என்பதைக் காண்போம்.

In 1961 when this talk was first published, Mother commented on this phrase:
 
The past may be completely purified, cleansed, to the point of having no effect on the future, but on condition that one doesn’t change it again into a perpetual present; you yourself must stop the bad vibration in yourself, you must not go on reproducing the same vibration indefinitely.”

அன்னை இங்கு கூறியுள்ளபடி, நமது கடந்தகாலம், அன்னையை ஏற்றபின் முழுமையாக சுத்தி அடைகிறது, தவறுகள் அற்றதாகிறது, தூய்மை அடைகிறது. கடந்தகாலக் கர்மங்களின் பாதிப்பு, நிகழ்காலத்திலோ  அல்லது எதிர்காலத்திலோ, இல்லை. ஆனால் ஒரு நிபந்தனையைக் கூறுகிறார். கர்மத்தில் இருந்து விடுபட,  நாம் நமது தவறான எண்ணங்களையும், குணங்களையும் விட்டுவிடுதல் முக்கியமானது. மீண்டும், நாம் கடந்த காலத்தில் செய்த தவறை செய்யும் போது, பழைய கர்மங்கள் எதுவுமே அழிக்க முடியாதது ஆகிவிடும் என்கிறார் ஸ்ரீ அன்னை.

தவறை செய்யும் ஒருவர், அதற்கான கர்ம பலன்களையும், தனது தவறினால் ஏற்படும் பின்விளைவுகளையும் எதிர் கொள்கிறார். அதாவது "கர்மபலனை"  சேர்த்துக் கொள்கிறார். அதனை அவர் அனுபவித்துத் தீர்க்க வேண்டியதாகிறது. 

ஆனால் அன்னையை நோக்கி அவருடைய வாழ்வு திரும்பும் பொழுது, அன்னையின் இறைசக்திக்கு அவருடைய தவறான கர்ம பலன்களை அழிக்கும் சக்தி இருப்பதால், அவற்றின் எல்லா பாதிப்புகளும் அழிக்கப்படுகின்றன. அவர் தனது கர்மபலனில் இருந்து விடுதலை பெறுகிறார்.

ஆனால், அவர் தான் வாழ்வில் செய்த, அத்தனை தவறான செயல்களையும், முட்டாள்தனமான செயல்களையும், தனது வாழ்வு முழுவதும், மீண்டும்  செய்யாமல் இருந்தால் மட்டுமே, இறை சக்தி தொடர்ந்து செயல்பட்டு அத்துணை கர்ம பலன்களையும் அழிக்க முடியும் என்கிறார் அன்னை.

“So long as one repeats one’s mistakes, nothing can be abolished, for one recreates them every minute. When someone makes a mistake, serious or not, this mistake has consequences
in his life, a ‘Karma’ which must be exhausted, but the Divine Grace, if one turns to It, has the power of cutting off the consequences; but for this the fault must not be repeated.

One shouldn’t think one can continue to commit the same stupidities indefinitely and that indefinitely the Grace will cancel all the consequences, it does not happen like that!


திரு. கர்மயோகி அவர்கள் தனது ஆன்மீக ஒளியும் கர்மப் பலனும்என்ற கட்டுரையில் கூறியுள்ள சில கருத்துக்களைக் காண்போம்.

"அன்னை, இறைவனின் சக்தி. அன்னை, இறைவனின் திருவுள்ளத்தை மனிதனுடைய பிறவியில் இட்டு நிரப்புவதற்காக ஆர்வத்துடன் செயல்படுகின்றார். அன்னையை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டவர்களின் வாழ்க்கையில் நடக்கும் செயல்களுக்கு மேற்சொன்ன பெரிய தத்துவங்களின் சாயல் உண்டு. அதாவது, மனிதனுடைய கர்மம் கரைந்துபோகின்றது. நெடுநாள் முயன்று பெற வேண்டியவை ஒரே நாளில் கிடைக்கின்றன. கேட்டது கிடைக்கின்றது; கேட்டதற்கு அதிகமாகவும் கிடைக்கின்றது; கேளாதவையும் கிடைக்கின்றன. மனிதன் உப்பு, புளி, மிளகாய், துணி, பணம் என்று மட்டுமே கேட்கப் பழகிக்கொண்டு இருக்கின்றான். மீதி அவனுக்குத் தெரியாது; தோன்றாது. ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர் அவனை நோக்கி, ‘இது உயர்ந்த யோகச் சக்தி. நீ எது வேண்டுமானாலும் கேட்கலாம். ஆனால், ‘எனக்கு இறைவன் மட்டுமே தேவை’ என்று கேட்பது ஒன்றுதான் சிறந்தது’ என்கிறார். "

Grant that it may be also our sole occupation and that all our actions may help us towards this single goal.  - The Mother. We stand in the Presence of Him who has sacrificed his physical life in order to help more fully his work of transformation. He is always with us, aware of what we are doing, of all our thoughts, of all our feelings and all our actions.    கர்மயோகி அவர்களின் பல்வேறு கட்டுரைகளில் இருந்து.......... தன்னிடம் திருவுருமாற்றத்திற்காகவே பலர் வந்தனர் என்று அன்னை கூறுகிறார். தவற்றை விலக்கி, தீமையைப் போக்குவது திருவுருமாற்றம், பல ஜன்மப் பலன் ஒரு தரிசனத்தில் கிடைக்கும்.  திருவுருமாற்றம் தொடங்கும்வரை கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாகக் கர்மம் கரைகிறது. அதன் தீவிரம் குறைகிறது என்றாலும் திடீரென  முழுவதும் கர்மம் அழியக்கூடியது.   மூன்று திருவுருமாற்றங்கள்: 1. சைத்தியத் திருவுருமாற்றம் என்பது அகந்தையினின்று விடுபடுவது. 2. ஆன்மீகத் திருவுருமாற்றம். மனமோ, மனத்தின் சைத்தியப்புருஷனோ செயல் படுவதற்குப் பதிலாக முனிவர், ரிஷி, யோகி, தெய்வ மனங்களிலுள்ள சைத்தியப்புருஷன் செயல்படுவது. 3. சத்தியஜீவியத் திருவுருமாற்றம். பூரண யோகத்தின் முறை திருவுருமாற்றம். மனம் தன் அறிவை, ஞானமாக மாற்றி திருவுருமாற்றம் பெற முடியும். உணர்வு நம் ஆசையை அழித்து, பற்றைவிட்டு, ஆசையை அன்பாக மாற்றி, திருவுருமாற்றமடைய முடியும். உடல் திருவுருமாற்றம் அடைய அதன் பழக்கங்களை விடவேண்டும். திருவுருமாற்றம் மட்டுமே பழைய செயலை மாற்ற வல்லது. இல்லையெனில் செய்த காரியம் மாற காலத்திற்குக் காத்திருக்க வேண்டும். அது பல ஆண்டுகளாகலாம். அன்னை, ஆயிரமாண்டும் ஆகலாம் என்கிறார். முழு உண்மையில்லாமல் இருக்கலாம். உண்மையான வருத்தம் எழலாம். அப்பொழுது பழைய செயலை அருள் மாற்றும். ஆனால் பெரிய அதிர்ஷ்டம், பெருவெள்ளமாக வாராது. அது நடக்கப் பேரருள் தேவை.            - திரு கர்மயோகி அவர்கள்,  பூரணயோகம் - முதல் வாயில்கள் கட்டுரைகளில் இருந்து
